Chesapeake CNC is an AS9100D certified Swiss screw machining house based on the eastern shore of Maryland, serving aerospace, defense, firearms, medical, and industrial programs from a 45,000 square foot facility. Engineers and procurement teams who need tight-tolerance Swiss-turned components with full traceability and documentation rely on Chesapeake for consistent, burr-free parts delivered to print.

The facility runs multiple 5 to 7-axis Citizen SR-series Swiss lathes with in-house bar straightening, centerless grinding, vibratory tumbling, and ultrasonic cleaning. Complex features including deep and cross drilling, thread whirling, and milled details are handled in a single setup. Outside finishing including heat treat, plating, anodize, black nitride, and laser marking is coordinated through NADCAP-approved sources.
