- No. Our services are completely free to you. We are compensated by the manufacturers we represent. You pay only for parts and any separately quoted services such as PPAP or expedites.

- Most inquiries receive a same business day response. Complex technical reviews typically take 24 to 48 hours.
- What certifications do your manufacturers hold?
- Certifications vary by manufacturer and process. Available across the network: ISO 9001, AS9100D, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ITAR, FFL, SOT, and DFARS compliance.

- Do you handle expedites?
